RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver engaging online and in-person PMP certification training courses using advanced e-learning platforms such as an LMS and Blackboard.
- Design, develop, and update curriculum materials that align with current PMI standards and industry best practices.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions, virtual sessions, and practical exercises to deepen understanding of project management concepts.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and exams; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues on curriculum development and integrate educational technology tools to enrich learning.
- Support students from diverse backgrounds by creating inclusive learning environments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience teaching project management courses within higher education or corporate training settings.
- Strong knowledge of PMP certification requirements, PMI standards, and project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar online training platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Background in curriculum design, course development, and instructional best practices for adult learners.
- Prior university faculty experience or college teaching credentials preferred.
